Airport transfer rate differs if you are a foreign tourist or a local tourist and how many persons you will be travelling with. We only serve breakfast, no lunch and dinner. The nearest restaurant is around 5minute walk from the beach.

Hello there, please be advised that punta Amo is already equipped with a king-sized bed that can fit 4 people. However, requesting an additional extra bed is subject to availability and not guaranteed upon arrival.

We don't have our own laundry service but the nearest one will be right before D'mall name Wazzan Wear, there is also near the lake town called Bliss Wash.

Wifi is an issue but I don’t think it is attributable to the hotel itself — more of the whole island issue. Property location is basically beachfront and outside of the happenings which is nice if you are there for the much-needed relaxation. Definitely great value for the money. Highly recommended and would stay again if back in Boracay.

Lovely little place to stay right by the beach and close to the Paraw sailing boats to cath those beautiful sunsets! Amazing rooms, nice and spacious! Actually its huge! And well designed with a watercooler to fill up your waterbottles! The breakfast pancakes are absolutely amazing! We booked for 3 nights, but extended our stay coz we didnt think we will find anything better for this price! Its lovely to walk home on the beach after dinner enjoying the sand under your toes as much as possible! Friendly and helpful staff is a great assit! Thank for making our stay memorable! I would not stay anywhere else would i visit Boracay again!

Last jewel along White Beach. Book it.

It was the perfect accommodation away from the maddening crowds of Boracay. Great breakfast. Staff were very helpful. We were given a free upgrade and early check-in. Shuttle service to town. Excellent Punta Amo, spacious, beautifully done with a big terrace. It was exceptionally useful to witness the monsoon rains when we had inclement weather during our stay. Location is perfect. The finest white sand beach is less than a two minute walk from the Punta Rosa entrance. Everything else along White Beach is accessible by foot or by e-trike.

My unforgettable stay at signature Punta Rosa Boracay. "I'd like to share my beautiful experience at signature Punta Rosa Boracay where I stayed. The hotel is just awesome starting from the location on station 1 boracay and right beside the beach. The services are at the highest level - everything happens when expected and nothing that disturbs or annoys. The room is so spacious and interior is also remarkable- real superior quality. The breakfast was also great. I would like to highlight the staff who were very helpful and responsive and made my stay even more exciting. The reception christian ( forgot his name) very kind, he was supporting me for all types of requests. All the above combined made my stay at punta rosa.

The staff was exceptional, they accommodated all of our requests instantly. The location was a bit far from the main station but they do provide a free shuttle to move around the island. If you are looking for a nice and quiet place to relax, this is your place.

great start to our Philippines holiday, lovely room with a fantastic view and away from the touristy part of Borocay

the view from our room was fantastic. the outdoor bathroom also gave it a different touch! personal water cooler in the room was good.

Signature Boracay Punta Rosa is an affordable yet impressive accommodation in Boracay Station 1!

I am delighted with my room, it was clean and spacious, even the toilet and bath, and with complete complimentary amenities. The location was superb as it is located at the beachfront, just a few seconds away from White Beach and 10 minute walk to Diniwid Beach. The view of the beach from the roof deck where guests eat breakfast was also serene and breathtaking. The hotel's staff was courteous and accommodating. They were attentive to our service requests. I highly recommend Signature Boracay Punta Rosa to those who want to stay in Boracay Station 1.

I think the double lock of their rooms could have been improved and simplified. They can invest in much better and secured double lock door knobs. There were a lot of twists and turns just to lock and open the door. Also, the front office was a bit late to open for guests, especially in the morning. There was a day when one guest needed to check out at 9:00 am but the front office is still closed and there was no other staff to assist the guest. The staff's punctuality is another point I would like to highlight for improvement.

Nice and friendly staff. Well located next to the beach. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The room also had a fridge and a water dispenser (with cold and hot water).

Overall a unique and good value boutique hotel!

Spacious room, bathroom and balcony, nice interior design and decor, super friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast on the top floor with a view of the ocean!

Hotel is right next to a rooster farm and stalls which get very noisy from early in the morning :(

Perfect location, spacious rooms, and amazing staff — we had a great time!

Very good location in Station 1 — just walk for a minute and you’ll be at the beach. We stayed in the Punta Vista room and it was sooooo spacious. We especially loved the design of the bathroom. Love that you get to have breakfast at the roof deck, where you have a breathtaking view of the beach! Perfect to start the day right. The staff members were all amazing! Special mention to Roselyn, the receptionist, who was very kind and accommodating. We attended a wedding on our last night so we woke up late on the day of checkout, and she allowed us to checkout late so we can enjoy the beach one last time before packing up. Such a lifesaver!

Just one thing — the hot water in the shower either doesn’t work or we just don’t know how to operate it haha
